I am a Civilian Instructor at 493 Squadron, Kings Heath and Moseley. The Squadron is within the Warwickshire and Birmingham Wing, which itself is part of the Wales and West Region of the Air Training Corps within the Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC).The squadron is made up of young people between the ages of 12 and 21 who are offered a wide range of activities including adventure training, flying, gliding, shooting and many more. RAFAC is a military youth organisation.I am predominantly involved in teaching adventure activities and am the DofE Leader for the squadron.
