I am a Master’s student in International Affairs, preparing to drive impactful change in economic development, governance, and social innovation. With a background in project management, social impact strategy, and multicultural leadership, I am eager to apply my expertise to global initiatives that foster sustainable growth and resilience. My undergrad research focused on poverty and its effects on mental health, deepening my understanding of the relationship between economic development and human well-being.As Assistant Director of Operations for a real estate investment group, I managed over 10 luxury builds, renovations, and online businesses nationwide, most notably overseeing the renovation and operations of a boutique hotel in Puerto Rico. Throughout this process, I led large multicultural teams, collaborated with local governments to leverage development incentives, and focused on fostering thriving community economies.I am a skilled communicator and strategic thinker with a talent for solving complex problems.
