About Dawood Rouben
Dawood Rouben has experience in a broad range of high-end commercial real estate projects at various scales. His global portfolio includes master-planning, commercial headquarters, speculative office, value-add repositioning, adaptive reuse, renovation, institutional, mixed-use, hospitality, residential and retail design for major developers, tenants and Fortune 500 clients worldwide. Dawood was a Senior Architect at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates\' New York City Headquarters before going on to manage the construction of complex projects at Westerman Construction. At KPF, his projects garnered much local and international attention by the AIA, MIPIM, Iconic Design Awards and at the World Architecture Festival having been published in The WSJ, The NY Times, Forbes, Crain\'s, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, Politico, The NY Post, A+U Japan and Oculus magazine.To date, Dawood contributed to the design and construction of approximately four million square feet of prime New York City real estate alone and over 35 million square feet internationally. Dawood received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University.
