   Act as an escalation point for the Level 1 Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst • Conduct investigation and respond to security incidents, including advanced persistent threats (APTs), malware infections, and data breaches • Proactively monitors the environment to find anomalous or malicious activity • Conduct advanced threat hunting activities using a range of tools and techniques to identify APTs and other sophisticated attacks • Perform malware analysis and reverse engineering to identify and understand malicious activities • Lead and facilitate incident response activities, including stakeholder engagement with other internal teams, customer’s technical team and external vendors • Interfacing with senior management to discuss incidents and security improvements • Conduct root cause analysis and develop remediation strategies • Develop Incident management reports for senior leadership team and customers • Develop and improve SOC processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Conduct Tabletop workshops where existing playbooks are being reviewed • Staying up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and technologies in order to develop and improve security strategies and protocols • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for the Level 1 and Level 2 analysts • Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs to improve the SOC capability • Assist in delivering security services and products to customers. • Perform SOC Management function in the absence of the SOC Manager • Conduct post-incident reviews • Participating in monthly on-call rotations • Creating Monthly Service Report for different Customers • Ensure excellence service for all Service delivery and Customer Requests
