I lead the North America Sales Development team at Cockroach Labs, where we’re helping enterprises move faster, operate reliably, and thrive at scale with CockroachDB, a distributed relational database that’s both scalable and survivable (hence the name!).I’ve been in sales development for 8 years because I genuinely believe in the impact SDRs make. They’re a critical part of any company’s GTM strategy - driving pipeline growth and creating meaningful entry points for early-career professionals and those transitioning into sales. I love being part of that.When I’m not coaching SDRs or tackling GTM challenges, I enjoy traveling abroad, climbing indoors, and finding new ways to push myself - professionally and personally.
