   DAE is an AS9100 and FAA certified designer/manufacturer of military and FAA qualified scalable air transport systems for the aerospace industry. I developed and led a new HR infrastructure to support a legacy startup when the company moved its headquarters and manufacturing plant from CA to NC. I report to the CEO and President, and I’m a member of the Leadership Team.\\\\n\\\\nKey Accomplishments: I developed a workforce planning strategy to acquire talent within a limited time frame, improving plant productivity. Furthermore, I implemented a new performance management program in compliance with the company\'s overall business model. I also designed a new Health and Welfare plan to increase general benefits and decrease benefits expenses.\\\\n\\\\nI Implemented a culture of employee engagement which resulted in DAE being certified as a great place to work two years in a row by Great Place to Work® Certification™ and Best Workplaces™ List.\\\\n\\\\nI analyzed the HR department’s activities and made HR Best Practices recommendations to the President and Leadership Team. 100% of these Best Practices were implemented. Along with this, I formulated policies, procedures, and an Employee Handbook to support the ideal organizational culture. I coached the Plant Leadership Team and devised a plan to cross-train employees in places with labor shortages and dying skills. I also created a training plan and facilitated managerial training to improve skills and efficiencies.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
