   Oversee the P2P (Procure to Pay) function for Shaw Indirect Procurement; supporting services of Buying, Payment Optimization, Compliance, SRM. Accountability for P2P execution, tools, and systems utilized to deliver strong performance and executing continuous improvement. Serve as the leader of shared services organization resources and holds overall responsibility for hiring, retaining such talent, and oversight of career development activities for the team. Focus on coaching and training team members to improve their skill set. Brings together Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations, Supplier Relationship Management, and Customer Experience into one team. Leads various strategic initiatives that focus on Sourcing and Procurement Process and People Capability to meet the business and operational needs of Shaw related to sourcing and procurement of authorized spend categories. Primarily lead internal training development and sourcing/collaboration process improvement to help our global sourcing and procurement associates better interact with our stakeholders and do their work more efficiently. Responsible for the process, compliance, and transactional excellence for direct, indirect and capital equipment supply chains. Responsible to guide and lead the technology transformation to support global sourcing and supply chain. This strategic role lays the foundation (infrastructure) by which the business and the suppliers interact.
