I am a specialist pensions lawyer with nearly twenty years of experience advising on all aspects of pensions law. Clients include employers, financial institutions and pension scheme trustees. I am a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and currently a member of its Legislative and Parliamentary Sub-Committee, having previously served on its Investment Sub-Committee from 2010 to 2012.Experience includes advising on- all aspects of changing pension arrangements and liability management, together with general pension scheme administration issues (such as investment, funding and scheme documentation)- pensions issues in distress situations, including refinancing/restructuring debt and compromising pension liabilities- the pensions aspects of corporate transactions (including transactions on an international basis) and corporate restructurings.
