As a Sr. UX Researcher at Taylor Corporation, I apply over 20 years of experience to create user-centric products and services. I lead and mentor a team of UX professionals who conduct research across various platforms and methods, such as surveys, contextual interviews, heuristic evaluation, usability tests, and more.I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver UX strategy and planning, including cognitive modeling, mapping, and competitive analysis. My UX research has been a catalyst for positive outcomes, such as saving over $1M per year in subscription fees, improving task flows by 400%, providing ROI insights, and driving efficient and effective marketing efforts.    Helping to build up UX in the corporation: The UX team needed to be more focused on iterative testing. I established a cadence for a project team as the budget allows. Moreover, I mentored those new to UX to set up testing for their projects.Created and finalized templates for the team to use when planning, capturing, and reporting research.Researched, recommended, and established a user research platform for the corporation to use for the many types of methods. Research methods and outcomes: Stakeholder interviews, user interviews, personas, task analysis, usability testing (all types of platforms), rapid iterative testing, remote testing, moderated testing, and more.
