Over the past seven years, I’ve built a career as a Communications Specialist, after beginning my professional journey in luxury hospitality with world-class brands like Four Seasons and Shangri-La. That foundation taught me the value of empathy, excellence, and connection which are skills I now bring into every story I help shape.My PR agency work centers on health communications, particularly disease awareness campaigns that give people with health conditions a voice, while educating the public on early detection, diagnosis, and treatment options. These campaigns are deeply meaningful to me because they empower people to make informed decisions about their health. I’ve also led corporate storytelling and executive profiling initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and leadership positioning in the healthcare and life sciences space. I’m a certified 200-hour RYT yoga teacher and love teaching because it allows me to impact people directly, helping them reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and breath. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the mat, running with my Shetland Sheepdogs, or engaging in conversations about emotional wellbeing.
