Dr. Dawn Li is an entrepreneur, information / data specialist, and educator. She has almost thirty years of corporate and academic experience. Her expertise includes program and contract management, integrated data analytics systems, training and e-learning curriculum design, business process improvements, and customer service. For 20 years, she has played a leadership role at Data and Analytic Solutions Inc (DAS), growing the firm from 2 individuals to a successful government contractor servicing 50+ projects over 10+ agencies. She has worked in all aspects of the company, running day to day operations and ensuring timely delivery of value-added and high-quality services and products. She has built partnerships with large and small firms including data providers such as LexisNexis, TransUnion, and Experian, mentored start-ups to leverage government programs, and inspired young professionals to develop their full potential. Dr. Li has published articles in project management and taught college level courses in critical thinking, programming and computer structures, as well as composition and cultural studies. She has been a member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA NOVA Chapter), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Organization of Chinese Americans, US Women\'s Chamber of Commerce, and others. She is a winner of several awards and received Maryland Governor\'s citation in and Analytic Solutions, Inc.(DAS) is an innovative consulting firm specializing in data and statistical analysis for informed decision making.
