WORK HISTORY
Director, Us HR & Global Commercial Business Partner Workforce Strategy Organizational Design @Genmab
Princeton, NJ, US
At Genmab, I lead U.S. HR operations while also serving as a partner to the Global Commercial organization, shaping people strategy as the company has scaled from 350 to more than 1,200 employees. The work spanned compliance, payroll, recruitment, and immigration, but the true focus was creating systems that could hold up under rapid expansion. One defining outcome was leading the enterprise transformation that reshaped HR service delivery across four countries. We introduced tiered support models, automated workflows, and a digital platform that anchored global operations. Another was strengthening HR team capacity by securing executive support for additional resources and introducing workflow improvements and tech enhancements that delivery quality within a quarter.Through it all, my role has been to fill critical gaps, steady the teams, and design people systems built to scale.
