With almost 20 years of hands‑on experience across personal lines, commercial lines, supervision, training, and leadership in the insurance industry, I’ve built my career around one core passion: helping insurance professionals grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose. I began my insurance journey almost by accident, starting as a receptionist in 2006 before earning my P&C license. Then moving into personal lines, later stepping into commercial lines and agency leadership roles. Those early opportunities to coach and mentor newer agents ignited my love for education and development. Today, I lead with that same passion as an Insurance Education Provider & L&D Leader, designing learning experiences that meet professionals where they are and move them to where they want to be. I’ve developed and delivered courses across a wide range of topics, including personal and commercial lines, professional development, and designation exam prep. I partner with organizations such as the Maine Insurance Agents Association to bring industry‑relevant, engaging programs to agents across all stages of their careers throughout Maine.I’m proud to hold multiple industry designations, including CPCU, ARM, CPIA, CIIP, CLP, CISR Elite, and ACSR, and I believe deeply in the power of continuous learning - not just to build technical expertise, but to strengthen confidence and open new career doors.
