Regional Operations- Train and mentor new General Managers - Work alongside the General Managers to ensure smooth club operations and club operational standards are being met - Create and implement new operational SOPs to maintain cohesion across the brand - Develop systems to promote clearer communication both individually and companywide - In conjunction with COO, negotiate vendor agreements, contracts, and schedules to ensure best pricing while maintaining continuous supply of material and service to maximize in club performance - Recruit and help train incoming operations management TEAM members to support the growth of the brand - Lead the execution of various special projects/ task forces/ business improvement initiatives as requested by COO Customer Service- Manage FL regional customer service TEAM - Analyze areas of opportunity and oversee member satisfaction across the Florida region including implementing cancel, member, and unclosed leads surveys (identify appropriate survey and customer service communication tools)- Respond to escalated customer feedback or concerns - Manage all club exceptions, for refunds and service requests from GMs in consultation with COO as needed
