Drive national HR initiatives and provide strategic guidance to business leaders on labour relations, high-risk employee matters, and organizational effectiveness.Oversee key areas such as compliance, total rewards, performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Collaborate closely with corporate leadership to support and implement programs that strengthen our culture, promote employee engagement, and align with our long-term business strategy. Leverage HR data and insights to guide informed, people-focused decisions.
