As a Service Lead and People Powered Technology lead, I wear many hats to help support our organization. As the People Powered Tech Lead I partner directly with our Chief of Connection and Culture to continue to grow the maturity and capabilities of Levata. We are primarily a remote team, and our infrastructure and connection continue to grow as Levata grows. I am critical in building, training, and enhancing our tools and resources. I support client services delivery and support our colleagues with human centric internal projects, while “coming alongside” support working with our colleagues and pods to meet them where they are and advance their skills in leveraging our people powered technology. In addition, as a consultant I work in real world consulting projects to design engagement and learning programs and various change management interventions to help people adapt behaviors and mindsets as they experience organization change.I support our companies efforts within our self-directed teams ways of working in areas such as DEIB, Recruitment, Business Development, Marketing and Culture. Working with our teams to understand the interdependencies to mature our human centric consulting firm.
