   As a Value Stream Engineer/Program Manager, I’m accountable for the successful execution of one or more value streams (Release Trains) that support the delivery of strategic technology products. This hybrid role balances agile leadership and program management to help software development teams build and deliver solutions efficiently. In this role, I leverage the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to drive agile delivery within the value stream. I also establish program level cadence and drive program level ceremonies (PI Planning, Product Management Council, Scrum of Scrums, release train retrospectives and HIP Sprint), ensure cross-value stream coordination and collaboration, and serve as an escalation point for Scrum Masters and scrum teams.
