About Dawn Leblanc
About: 15+ years of experience planning and implementing a variety of programs, events and trainings. I have strong skills in organization, planning, problem-solving, communication and relationship-building. Currently pursuing courses in Project Management. I now act as the full time Event and Meeting planner across agency for Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina. I have a passion for working for not for profit/and non profit groups, and love the reward of knowing the work I do directly helps to impact the community. Previously, I worked in a high profile office, where I reported directly to the Executive Director of the Wake County Bar, as well as the Board of Directors, including the President of the Wake County Bar. I enjoy working in a challenging environment and seeing the positive outcome of my day to day work. I have a BS in Sales and Meeting Management, with a concentration in Leadership Studies.
