I\'m a public sector leader and natural connector with a nerdy love of data and a relentless drive to improve the communities I serve. I specialize in crafting innovative solutions to complex challenges—always with a one-two punch of empathy and analysis. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built my career at the intersection of economic development, public policy, and community revitalization. From securing a $600K EPA grant to launching equity-focused business programs, I’ve worked alongside city leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and residents to design initiatives that make a real difference. I’ve created local grant programs that help small businesses grow, supported reinvestment in downtown districts, and helped channel over $350M in capital investment into communities that need it most. Whether it’s modernizing zoning policy, developing inclusive growth strategies, or leading cross-sector partnerships, I approach every challenge with curiosity, clarity, and heart. I believe in empowering teams, aligning around shared goals, and delivering results that reflect the values of the communities we serve. As a cancer survivor, I’ve come to deeply value connection, support, and celebrating wins—no matter how big or small. That perspective shows up in how I work: whether I’m helping a resident navigate a challenge or guiding a team through strategy, I stay focused on people, progress, and shared purpose. When I’m not deep in a strategic plan or navigating City Council agendas, you’ll find me hiking national parks, cheering on the Browns, or creating Pinterest fails with way too much enthusiasm.
