My passion is business and learning. As a facilitator and Executive Coach, I create a space where business opportunities and individual learning connect. What makes me different? ¥ My ability to listen to what a person is saying and not saying, and then ask questions to understand what it will take to move the individual and team forward. ¥ Keeping things simple and practical, while challenging the individual and team. In coaching we ask questions which assist the individual, or employee, to identify where they are stuck, and more importantly, to explore why becoming unstuck is important to them. Coaching conversations provide the opportunity to explore new approaches to everyday situations while working towards their optimal potential. Looking forward to learning more about your journey. Dawna has a longstanding passion for learning and business believing that everyone has immense potential when given the right environment to learn and grow. Personal and professional development has been at the heart of Dawna’s focus for many years. She has completed the Executive Leadership Coaching program and her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (MAIS) in Ambiguity from Royal Roads University. Dawna is an active member of the community. Currently, she is a board member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentials and Standard and Career Trek.
