A few years ago, I\'d stumbled into this job, almost by accident. At a coaching retreat, I met a woman who mentioned she worked in leadership development using storytelling. Honestly, I had no idea that was even a thing. But something clicked. Soon I was getting trained in Boston and running workshops. I’ve been delivering communication programs for Harvard Business School Executive Education and working with organizations like Tennessee Valley Authority, Leidos, Procter & Gamble, and MathWorks. I mentor executives on presentation skills and storytelling techniques in high-stakes environments.It\'s the best job ever. I know I\'ve found the perfect job for me. That experience gave me the foundation to eventually build something of my own—a business where I could bring this transformative approach to even more leaders who need it.
