Communicate and represent medical strategic and tactical plans. Collaborate in the development and revision of a referenced scientific platform and lexicom supporting therapeutic platforms. Gain endorsement of platform from internal and external leaders. Participate as a core member of the Medical Affairs Team to ensure cross functional alignment and tactical implementation. Contribute to establishing strategically aligned areas for IIRs, CRA, and Phase IV clinical trials. Serve on review committees (IITs, PRC, MRC). Provide medical input into clinical development and lifecycle management.Identify and engage with potential investigators / researchers / ad boards. Collaborate with Clinical Development to support clinical trials.Participate in congress planning and represent the company at conferences / symposia and other scientific forums. Establish and maintain strong KOL relationships and understand the therapeutic landscape / data gaps / unmet educational needs. Provide scientific expertise to PRC, MRC, HEOR, MSLs, Speakers Bureau, CME, Grant Review. Support the Executive Medical Director for approval of medical and scientific content: Regulatory, Safety, Scientific Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Outputs.
