With a career spanning over 25 years, my expertise is rooted in providing attachment-based services and supporting adoptive and foster families. As the Manager of a pysho educational training program for permanency families, my primary focus has been on ensuring that families across Ontario have access to the resources they need to navigate the complexities of adoption. My other experiences honed my skills in connecting children with adoptive families, managing a dedicated team, and working collaboratively with professionals to optimize the adoption matching process. With a steadfast commitment to family empowerment and a skill set that includes problem solving, oral communication, and conflict resolution, I am dedicated to improving outcomes for children awaiting adoption and supporting the professional community in this vital work.
