Merging strategic finance experience with insightful ability to understand the big picture in order to enhance profitability and efficiency. With over 20 years of progressive experience in finance, business operations, manufacturing, human resources, and administration for small and medium size organizations, I have led these companies through start-up, survival and growth modes. I have spent 15 years providing managerial services to manufacturing, engineering, legal, service industries, employment agencies, construction, and architectural design firms. Financial and accounting responsibilities include financial statement preparation and reporting, banking, and cash management, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting and costing, procurement, backlog and sales reporting, contracting, billing, and accounts receivable and collections. Operational responsibilities have included the development of a highly functional manufacturing department by establishing the basic processes and controls by initiating plans and processes that minimized manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials (determine, monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials, WIP and finished products) through planning, directing, managing, and supervising all aspects of the manufacturing operations, while insuring product standards were met. Human Resources experience included planning, development and implementation of strategic HR goals and objectives, recruitment and retention of staff, compensation and benefits, and development and performance management of staff.
