Bentonville/NWA YEA!(Young Entrepreneurs Academy) Redefining entrepreneurship education in America. The Young Entrepreneurs Academy takes kids ages 11 - 18 from the idea phase to launching a real business in less than 100 hours. From students to CEOs. The Big idea, The Pitch, and The Launch - it\'s all in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. As the program director, I will be responsible for assisting in the students\' entrepreneurial training by preparing course materials; assisting the Instructors; working with students; securing guest speakers, mentors, investors, and other participants; coordinating field trips; preparing for and managing events; and my other activities related to the on-going success of the Academy.
