I have been a Realtor for over 28 years and would love the opportunity to help you purchase or sell your personal home or investment property. If you are new to Central Indiana and would like an introduction to the Indianapolis area, including Downtown, Broad Ripple, Meridian/Kessler, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield or Shelbyville, I would be glad to give you the grand tour. I have been part of Buffini and Company for over 15 years which is the largest and most successful real estate coaching company in America! I have also been on the Grievance and/or Professional Standards committees at the Indianapolis Board of Realtors for over 27 years. These committees are focused on enforcing the Realtor Code of Ethics. I am currently the Chairperson for Professional Standards which conducts Arbitration and Ethics hearings. I am also a trained mediator for the Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR). Specialties: I specialize in residential home sales, new construction, rental property(single and multi-unit), and investment strategies.

I have been in real estate nearly 25 years. I began in 1991 in my hometown of Shelbyville, IN at Kathy Self and Associates. I was there 8 years and managed that real estate office the last 2 years I was with them. I then joined Re/Max until November 2015 when I joined Keller Williams. I enjoy the entrepreneurial spirit there.after all we are independent contractors. I also have been involved with the largest most successful coaching company in America, Buffini and Company for over 10 years.
