ABOUT DAWN REEVES
I am a facilitator, trainer and writer, who brings experience, energy, enthusiasm to support teams and organisations to make positive change. I work mainly with the public sector in the UK and internationally. My approach places particular emphasis on creativity; it’s innovative and results in a motivation to make change happen. I combine the best practice with my own extensive leadership and management experience in public services. I have 15 years’ experience in local government, and as a local authority director I led a challenging three-year change management process, which resulted in the re-structuring of public services to deliver improvements and savings. Whether I’m working with others to facilitate change in their organisations, training individuals to develop and use new skills, working as a trustee in my community, or writing, my values are always at the heart of what I do. I’m motivated by social justice and committed to creative collaboration for the greater good. Specialities: • Innovative facilitation – a CPF ™ qualified facilitator and member of the International Association of Facilitators, one of only 60 in the UK. • Improving impact through joint working, collaboration and development • Managing change, strategic service improvement and delivering outcomes I have written extensively about public services (see more info on publications) and developed creative leadership workshops
