ABOUT DAWN OVERSTREET
Dawn Overstreet, Ph.D. joined AGB Search in 2022. Dr. Overstreet brings over twenty years of experience at four (public and private) universities in positions within the Offices of the President, Provost, Dean, and VP for Student Development. Included in these positions, she served as the Assistant Vice President of Student Development and Associate Vice President of Mission and Ministry at Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Overstreet\'s scholarly research and administrative experience have focused primarily on Catholic Higher Education. She taught at the University of Notre Dame as a post-doctoral teaching scholar and held numerous positions in Academic Administration at Notre Dame, Boston College and Boston University. She spent much of her higher education career mentoring undergraduate students and bolstering universities\' academic advising and international service immersions with an emphasis on student transition, retention and vocation/formation. Dr. Overstreet\'s research focused on the correlation between religious and spiritual beliefs and practices of college students. Overstreet earned her B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Boston College.
