As the Global Program Director, I am a key part of the global HR Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for executing and driving the implementation program of our next generation of HR services enabled by technology to 126k employees across 5 Regions (> 50 countries). This represents a major investment in HR service transformation for Fujitsu, and this role is a driving force of the globalization of the HR Organization, Policies and Process. Responsible for• Decommission/Demise plan for over 400 HR Systems and integrations • Simplification, standardization and unification of HR process and policy to enable one HRES Platform globally (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow)• Leadership and Management of Change, Adoption and Experience workstreams– including the team responsible for the design of the new HR Operations Target Operating Model (inc. People Partner Strategy)• Oversight and management of Global HR Operations Target Operating Model, including Tiers/Shared Services, and the overall Programme plans for both projects, including interim states • Decommission/Demise plan for over 400 HR Systems and integrations • Maintaining a solid understanding of business drivers across the business to ensure that the key HR Transformation strategies are business-led and driven by the needs of the organisation • Exec Sponsor of the Global Payroll Program Discovery, AI Roadmap and the Ongoing service improvement to the Fujitsu HR Service Offering• Lead on the Set up of BAU HR Operations in parallel to the technology implementation• Day-to-day management of external Partners to ensure successful project deliverables • Governance and management of program communication, progress, and updates to Executive Teams• Managing budget, resources/resource profiling, Investment/Benefit Case
