As an Associate Director of Major Gifts with 27 years’ expertise in a broad range of fundraising roles, I provide leadership, support, direction, management and oversight to an exceptional team of professionals in the Eastern Territory of The Salvation Army engaged in this work. Assisting with training new staff, coaching, setting annual goals, sharing best practices, preparing proposals and collateral materials, responding to emerging trends, navigating challenges, and providing ongoing mentorship to the major gifts team is vital to supporting their efforts.
