I am an organised person who thrives on new challenges.This then ensures a safe and positive environment for both residents and staff.I am responsible for recruitment and quality audits,Budgets and believe that my skills and qualifications can be transferred between services for young and older people. Commisioning a refurbished Home for older people for Marjara Care Group has been an experience I embraced and now 3 years maintaining a full home of happy settled residents and staff throughout the pandemic speaks for itself. The Pandemic has been a struggle for all areas of social care,it has brought the team at Pingley Court ever closer to continue the support to residents relatives and each other. With 32 plus years of experience I ensure any team feel valued and worthy of their role. Encouraging progression where I can see potential through mentoring and on role training as with out this myself becoming a manager may only have been a dream. My next role would be support new Managers to feel confident and gain competency and fulfilment in their role.
