She serves as Kleinfelder\'s Environmental Planning & Permitting (EP & P) Community of Practice leader, and NEPA Subject Matter Expert.As a CAM, Dawn is also accountable to her assigned clients and is required to understand her clients’ business, goals and objectives, internal programs and processes, and overall business philosophy. Dawn is also responsible for facilitating resource balancing on her clients’ projects, and directing Kleinfelder delivery efforts to maintain quality and continuity of work products that are consistent with our collective standards.
