ABOUT DAWN MIA MARSH

I am an Information Technology professional with over 25 years of experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle. I have a strong background in project management, business analysis, architecture, analysis and design, and systems development, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. My experience includes project planning and management, business modeling, requirements analysis and management, systems analysis and design, application development, testing, implementation and training. I have extensive experience with software development lifecycle processes including Agile and RUP, and have provided mentoring and support to various clients in the adoption of RUP and the IBM Rational Suite of products. I am proficient with modeling and analysis methods including all UML work products - Use Cases, Collaboration Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, State Transition Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and have extensive experience in the facilitation of JAD/JAR sessions. I have strong team skills and a proven ability to develop sound working relationships with team members, clients and customers.I have certifications in project management (PMP) and business analysis (CBAP) and am a qualified educator and have delivered courses at the college level. I have a valid security clearance at the “Secret” level.
