I guide clients through every stage of offensive and defensive litigation — from discovery and early resolution strategies through trial and favorable settlement negotiations. My practice centers on complex intellectual property (IP) litigation, including matters involving patents, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets and false advertising. I also represent clients in patent infringement actions before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Beyond IP, I also have successfully handled a wide range of disputes, including contract, employment, and environmental contamination litigation, as well as being involved in global asset recovery efforts and internal investigations.I think outside the box, crafting litigation strategies that align with each client’s business objectives and help them achieve meaningful results. As a fearless advocate for my clients, I skillfully navigate my work with opposing counsel and court proceedings to deliver favorable, efficient outcomes.I litigate across a broad range of technologies such as medical diagnostics and devices, aerospace components, construction machinery and equipment, hunting equipment, transportation and traffic safety equipment (including autonomous vehicles), barcode readers, food chemical composition and creation, AI processors and chips, telecommunications, graphics processing and architecture, mobile devices, computer networking, software, video streaming, digital rights management, network security, content delivery networks, video compression, graphical user interfaces and more.When I\'m away from work, I can be found outside dirt biking, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, or just generally seeking adrenaline with my family and friends.
