Key Achievements:• Found solution for L&D customer to enable MS Teams events for more than participants in time for Abbott Development Week.• Tenaciously negotiated enabling closed captioning for live streaming events to cater to those needing such resources.• Successfully piloted launch of low cost/no cost live event streaming solution for the business.• Streamlined conferencing and event processes and devised new checkpoints to ensure flawless execution of events.
