Delighted to apply 30 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry to improve the energy, chemical, biosolids, and permit performance of the 220+ plants in the Jacobs OMFS North America group. Complying with permits and keeping operators safe and plants running crisis-free is easier when we dive deeply into energy efficiency and changing an industry-wide legacy of wasteful practices. At Jacobs, we\'re learning that high-performing plants put operators in charge, proactive and effective rather than simply waiting to respond to \"whatever comes at us.\" Our plants are not running us, we\'re running our plants!
