With over 20 years of experience in retail management, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and developing high-performing teams. I have a strong expertise in retail operations, sales target management, and customer experience, and I am currently the PRO Sales Manager at The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world.As the PRO Sales Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the sales and service of professional and commercial customers, managing a team of 13 associates, and executing strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty. I leverage my skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, and to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. I also coach and mentor my team to achieve and exceed their sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. I am proud to be part of a team that has consistently achieved and surpassed the sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and operational metrics, and that has contributed to the success and growth of The Home Depot.
