High-volume recruiting is when I’m hiring for a large number of roles at once, usually on tight timelines. It’s all about moving quickly, staying organized, and keeping the process efficient—while still making sure every candidate has a good experience.

ABOUT DAWN KORONIOTIS
I make it a point to really understand the business, not just the job description. I want to know what success looks like in the role and what kind of person will actually thrive. I approach recruiting a lot like marketing. I’m not just screening candidates—I’m telling a story about the opportunity and making sure it resonates with the right people. Building relationships is a huge part of how I work. I stay connected with candidates over time, not just when I need to fill a role, because trust matters. I try to listen more than I talk. The better I understand what someone wants, the better I can match them with the right opportunity. I’m also decisive and fair in how I evaluate people. I don’t drag out the process, but I make sure everyone is treated with respect. Communication is something I take seriously. I keep candidates informed, set clear expectations, and follow up consistently. I use data to guide my decisions, but I also trust my instincts and experience when it comes to people. Candidate experience is really important to me. Even if someone doesn’t get the job, I want them to walk away feeling respected. At the end of the day, I see myself as an advisor—not just someone who schedules interviews. I help guide hiring managers and make sure we’re making the best possible decisions.
