ABOUT DAWN KALAMARAS

Dawn Kalamaras is Global Head of Total Rewards at Edelman and is responsible for the strategy, design, compliance and financial impact of the company’s global rewards programs. With a passion for creating rewards that meet the diverse needs of employees and their families, Dawn has experience in Benefits, Compensation, HR Policy and Finance. Prior to joining Edelman, Dawn held leadership roles in Rewards at large global companies across industries, including: Professional information & software (Wolters Kluwer), Pharmaceutical & Biotech (Roche/Genentech), Banking & Financial Services (HSBC), Advertising (Publicis Group); she began her career in Finance at Unilever. Dawn serves on the Policy Board of Directors of the American Benefits Council and on various committees including the Global Benefits Committee & and the Health and Welfare Task Force. She is on the faculty of World at Work and is a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Dawn holds a degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
