I have been employed at Nationwide for over 20 years in various information technology postions. I started out as a programmer working for Nationwide Financial supporting various systems used for pension administration, variable life insurance processing and other systems used in the administration of financial products sold by Nationwide. I was promoted several times and moved into different areas with in Nationwide Financial from 1989 thru 1994.In 1994 I took a position on the team responsible for replacing the existing HR, Benefits and Payroll system with PeopleSoft. I have been with the team since the conversion and implementation. I had held various roles in the team since 1994. I have extensive experience developing and modifying the PeopleSoft HCM package to fit the needs of Nationwide.
