My professional passion is to create and document impactful structure and governance where nothing cogent has existed previously. How this manifests depends on the situation and the environment—from process design and enhancement to building and delivering tools that augment project management, including earlier career experience with Target establishing PMO governance tools for the nation’s eighth-largest retailer. My business and organizational frame of reference is deep and broad, and includes experience in IT, data privacy, compliance, legal, philanthropy, and operations. I’ve been consistently successful organizing and leading projects and programs with global teams and international impact—utilizing a variety of project management methodologies, including Agile. I’ve repeatedly identified organizational improvement opportunities and served as the change agent delivering business-critical process transformations (including data privacy compliance) that pave the way for revenue expansion or, in some cases, avoid multi-million dollar sanctions.
