ABOUT DAWN DEVONALD

With over 25 years experience in the Telecoms Industry taking on roles including Product Manager and Industry Engagement Manager, I am now a Policy and Strategy manager at Openreach, where I play an integral part in the Exchange exit programme. My mission is to deliver a brilliant experience during this once in a lifetime period of change. I\'ve worked as both a customer and a supplier in the telecoms industry which enables me to work proactively and closely with my current CP customers and internal stakeholders. I am a subject matter expert in FTTP, G.fast, FTTC, SOGEA and DSL, capable of taking on and delivering projects of a technical, product, process or industry nature. I often lead in new concept and technology trials from day zero, helping to guide product development from inception, through technical trial, into pilot and launch. I also deliver educational sessions on technical subjects, helping to upskill colleagues with all levels of experience. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technical and operational worlds, with clear explanations of requirements, data and benefits.
