I started my career on the shop floor at Aldi and worked my way up to Assistant Store Manager — it was fast-paced, high-pressure, and gave me a solid grounding in leadership, efficiency, and driving productivity. It also shaped how I approach HR today: with a people-first mindset, a practical focus, and a clear understanding of how strong teams help businesses thrive.Since moving into HR, I’ve worked across both the charity and commercial sectors, gaining hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, policy work, and supporting managers through a wide range of people challenges. I’ve also completed my CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management to strengthen my knowledge and technical skills.I’m driven to keep growing, learning, and building environments where people feel supported and can perform at their best.
