I am a Client Care Specialist at the Contact Center for Old National Bank. Clients from our entire footprint call for assistance with their accounts. I handle all questions regarding consumer loans as well as take payments for those loans. I love to assist clients with enrolling in digital banking which puts our client in charge of their financial world. I work diligently to find answers to any and all issues for on behalf of our clients. For clients who are victims of fraud, I also file dispute to try to recover those funds. I am a very positive person which makes me especially good in this role.
