Connect to Work is a voluntary, supported employment programme that helps disabled people, those with health conditions and individuals facing complex barriers to employment, find and stay in meaningful work. My role is to understand employer needs, promote inclusive recruitment and connect organisations with talented candidates who are ready for the workplace.
