As a licensed broker/associate serving the South Bay and Inland Empire Areas, I am here to assist and service all your Real Estate needs with integrity and class. Dawn a driven entrepreneur, started her journey through successful and still thriving Candy Stores. Through a continued desire to grow she began a career with Mary Kay Cosmetics with a vision to help women be their best. These two people driven careers lead her to Real Estate. Dawn has a vision for growth and an expertise for handling many tasks with a calm strong nature. Dawns success in past roles can be measured by their longevity and her many awards within the Mary Kay Organization as well as the many young lives she has seen grow into adulthood with successes of their own from their career starts at the Candy Store. Prior to this, Dawn was also Vice President in charge of retail operations for a 23 store chain. Dawn has a passion for the beach communities, and a strong desire to be the resident expert in the area and continues to add to her depth and knowledge. She engages in her community and can often be found on the beach, enjoying local Restaurants, and entertaining. Dawn\'s business foundations allow her to be calm, strong, and detailed in all her work. Her clients enjoy her ability to handle complex situations with significant ease while handling all the other transaction needs. Dawn is committed to education and growth in her business. She looks forward to continual expansion in the beaches cities where she is proud to call home.
