These services can be delivered independently or in conjunction with a custom home or remodel /renovation project. This allows us to optimize quality management while keeping costs to you low.There are three categories of occupants who should consider a home modification. One would be for individuals who don’t have an immediate need for home modifications, but have future needs in mind. Let’s call it home design planning for your future. Another would be for people with a chronic or progressive condition who may require modifications to allow the house to adapt to their needs. Lastly for those who have had an abrupt or traumatic change in health status bringing about the need for a home modification.
