   I have been in the Title and Escrow industry for 20 years. It has been rewarding and challenging. I\'ve been so blessed to have good mentors and great agents (too many to name) who have shown me the work ethic and attitude that provides success. Two of those dear friends (P&T) recently hired me as part of their team, invested their time and knowledge in counseling me and guiding me and also gave me the tools and insight to help me see and understand what drives me and motivates me. This helped me acknowledge the value that I have to offer in this industry. My takeaways and revelations from that mentorship are that I genuinely love people, they are my passion. Making new friends, calming someone who is nervous, treating them as I would want to be treated and providing good communication are my cornerstones. I have a deep desire to create peace and happiness around me. I love to serve and help others and I\'m persistent and sometimes insistent in making sure no one feels wronged or left out. We all have strengths and weaknesses and that is what makes this world turn. I am happy and confidently embracing my strengths and passions and am going to use them to once again carve out a niche and legacy in this industry and beyond.
