My name is Dawn Andreasen. I am a Mother of two wonderful girls and a grandma to my grandson. I have been a resident of the beautiful ( & growing) High Desert for over 30 years. I believe the home purchase will be one of the biggest investments one will make in their life time. I believe it is a personal endeavor and I am honored to be a part of the journey with my clients. I have been in the Mortgage/Lending Industry for over 20 years. My experience in Wholesale, Retail, & Builder provides me with the knowledge to help the everyday consumer, to First-Time Homebuyers to the Investor purchaser. I work with clients to build their credit if they cannot purchase at the first point of contact and work diligently with them to help be eligible to purchase in the future.
