With a background in computer science and civil engineering, I have been in the industry for nearly 25 years. I started in technical software development and, over the years, transitioned to roles in requirements engineering, digitization in construction, technical project management, technical consulting, coaching agile product development, and strategic advising. My journey in the world of technology began with my first \"Hello World\" in 1986 on an Atari 800 XL and saving it on a datasette, sparking a lifelong passion for complex systems, beauty and learning, Being part of a team solving complex challenges, and coaching teams and individuals to reach their potential is my biggest motivation.
